Individual and Group Therapy

People seek individual treatment for anxiety and panic attacks, feeling depressed or unmotivated, difficulty with anger or irritability, mood fluctuations, or difficulty with one of many of life’s challenges – infertility, parenting, relationships with parents, bosses or co-workers, to name a few.   Contributing factors include conflict and tension in a close relationship, job-related difficulties, major life changes, loss, traumatic events and chemical imbalances. Individual and group therapy can be tremendously helpful in alleviating symptoms, being able to be more productive, changing destructive patterns and behavior and feeling more capable and engaged in life.

Group therapy is a wonderful modality for many people in that the group serves as a microcosm of how we interact in our relationships and enables change in a supportive environment.
